On 18 June 2026, the Kingdom of Bahrain and France celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony of the future headquarters of Alliance Française Bahrain in Adliya, in the presence of H.E. Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, H.E. Eric Giraud-Telme, Ambassador of France, French Senators, and our institutional and private partners.
Designed by French architect Pierre Sfeir and implemented by the Ministry of Works, the future Alliance Française Bahrain will provide a modern space dedicated to French language teaching, certification, culture and intercultural dialogue.
